Construction and Validation of Nepali Teachers’ Self-Efficacy and Classroom Management Practices Instruments Through the E-Delphi Technique

This study presents the processes applied in developing and validating Nepali Classroom Management Practices (CMPS) Teachers’ Self-Efficacy (NTSE) instruments. The instruments were developed using e-Delphi technique. To find consensus benchmark of responses, used a five-point Likert scale Microsoft Excel to analyze responses. items that achieved 75% accepted. Following interviews two rounds questionnaire administration, 28 from initial 35 for NTSE 24 52 CMP found have high among experts. Therefore, 28-items 24-items measure public school teachers’ self-efficacy their classroom management practices. pilot results demonstrated there was strong internal consistency with value overall Cronbach’s alpha both scales α= .86 (NTSE α = .77 .83). These can be educational research projects Nepal then contextualized use other countries.
